Biography
Arthur Bessis is a recent graduate of the University of Cambridge’s Land Economy department. He studied law, economics and finance with a focus on urban development, and for his BA thesis researched the differential effects of COVID-19 on office space demand across London and Chinese cities. Arthur is passionate about the generation and practical uses of data across sectors, notably with an eye to promote socioeconomic development.
Arthur is currently Head of Communications and Impact at GDI and previously worked as a research analyst on the GDI 01 Review, “Digital Finance in Africa: At a Crossroads.”
